

Why Hooping?
Hooping is a flowing, meditative activity that builds beautiful bodies. Hooping is appropriate for people who are physically fit enough to participate in an aerobic activity that involves the hips, abdominal area and spine.
If you have been unsuccessful at hooping in the past, it is probably because you were using a hoop that was too small!
An adult sized hoop should come from the floor up to your belly button, or even up to your chest if you aren't very coordinated.
